Welcome to Qualified! In this 6 week course, we will dive into the world of homeschooling and provide encouragement and inspiration for parents who have taken on the important role of educating their children at home. Throughout the lessons, we will explore various tips, strategies, and resources to help you navigate the challenges and joys of homeschooling.

By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of the homeschooling journey, gain confidence in your abilities as a homeschooling teacher, and be equipped with tools to create a nurturing and enriching learning environment for your children. Whether you are new to homeschooling or a seasoned veteran, this course will help you feel empowered and motivated to continue on your homeschooling path.

• To help you recognize that with God’s help you can educate your children
• To give you pointers and challenges to grow you in your ability to educate
• To personally answer questions and pray with you

Tawny and I have both taught in a private school and now share the load of homeschooling our children for the past several years. As we have journeyed along, we have had many wins and have made many mistakes. We’ve regretted curriculum choices, felt lost, got stuck in a teaching rut, and felt discouraged. It’s our hope to pass along to you the many things that we’ve learned along the way that makes educating your children one of the best decisions we’ve made.

At the end of the six weeks, you’ll have grown some. I say “some” because learning to teach well is a journey that you won’t finish, but it is our prayer that by the end of the six weeks you will be able to know to the core of who you are that you are qualified to teach your children.
